Shipping Policy

At ATC Apostille, we take care to return your documents promptly and securely once processing is complete. Please review our shipping policy below.

Outbound Shipping After Apostille Completion

  • Once apostille certification is completed, documents will be shipped back to the customer using two-day domestic shipping.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Shipping timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping for Canceled Orders

  • If an order is canceled, any documents in our possession will be returned to the customer via standard U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail.

  • Expedited shipping is not available for canceled orders.

Responsibility for Delivery

  • ATC Apostille is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once documents have been handed over for delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their return mailing address.

Address Changes

  • Any changes to the return shipping address must be submitted in writing before documents are shipped.
